247.8 Today was the first day in a while where I woke up and thought “I don’t want to walk today”. But I need to. I need to walk/run today and tomorrow because I won’t be able to on Saturday or Sunday and I’m making Saturday my extra cheat day. If I’m going to go that, I need to walk/run 5 times…
Extra cheat day?
That sounds like a slippery slope, Pat!
It’s only because of the marathon. My sleep and eating schedule is so out of sorts… and I won’t be home to do any cooking the whole weekend. I will be up for about 32 hours tomorrow and sleep all day Saturday.
But yes, it is a slippery slope. But it’s only for this week.
My advice: Pack some healthy snacks for the strange hours you will get the urge to eat this weekend.
